Engagement Photoshoot at Kelham Island

Today, I should have been shooting the wedding of Amy and Lee in the beautiful village of Cranford. But 6 weeks in Lockdown and still no sign of a ‘get out of jail card’ in sight, they had to postpone. I am gutted I will not be shooting your wedding today, but know this, no matter what happens, you will still get married. To all the couples that are in the same boat, your big day might not be on the date you were hoping for, but it will happen. Many of you have a new date to look forward to, that means more time to enjoy being engaged, loads of time right now to enjoy each other – sorry it’s a family show. So for Amy and Lee, let’s all pop open what ever we have in and raise our glasses to celebrate a very special un-wedding day, and pssst… it’s a year until you get married for real. Eeeek.

To brighten your day, here is a few of my favourites from you engagement shoot at Kelham Island, Sheffield.

Thinking about booking an engagement session, but not sure? Have one as part of your package but unsure whether you should go for it. Why have an engament shoot, I hear you ask.

Let me tell you, it is not cringe or corny. It’s just you and me hanging out for a bit and taking some shots. I personally love to team this up for all my full day clients with a little get together chat about your big day. I like to think of it as a way for us to get to know each other. It gives you a chance to be all awks on camera and have a laugh about it before your wedding. You have enough going on, on your wedding day and I want you to be as relaxed as possible to just enjoy your day. Me rocking up at your wedding prep havng never met you before and hanging out with your closest people will feel some much better if we have spent this time togther. Trust me. I just want to blend into the furniture.

Get in touch if I can help persuade you some more.
