Louise and Tristan married in Spring at the West Mill wedding venue in Derby. The wedding was an intimate, no fuss day, full of good food and loved humans. Tristan services in the forces and the couple are well practiced in make their time together epic. It is really common on a wedding day for couples to say that they havent actually seen much of each other on their wedding day. Well not this pair, it was was lovely to watch these besties live their best life.
The West Mill wedding venue needs no introduction. The gorgeous red brick mill complimented the couples colour scheme beautifully. Louise chose a warm colour palette for her flowers and bridesmaid dresses and kept the venue styling simple and elgant. Louise and Tristan timed this day really well, it had a good balance of no rushing but not boring. A hard balance to strike. They also opted for a sweat-heart table. Having large blended families, it made for an easier layout, if you dont want to choose, then don’t choose. It’s your day, you do you.

Wedding photography at the West Mill
Wedding photography at the West Mill Wedding venue is fabulous. As a derbyshire wedding photography – photographer Fly on the Wall Photography (Maybe the SEO will like that line) The West Mill is such a great place to take photos. Inside you have 4 floors of gorgoues brick, windows and those iconic lights. Awesome furniture to style, they have nailed the industrial glam vibe. The outside of the venue there is plenty of paved areas along with the river and mill, a small woodland and some gorgeous cobbled streets.
